When
I usually plan the shooting once the site has been cleaned and prepared for delivery. Just before the owners take possession of the premises.
This allows to have facades and site as "clean" as possible: no laundry drying on the terraces, no unsightly objects stored, no heterogeneous decoration, etc ...
I can of course also take pre-project shots when it comes to a rehabilitation project, for example.

- each facades of the building (when accessible),
- outdoor facilities (reception courtyard, gardens, park, swimming pool, etc.),
- common areas (entrance hall, letter boxes, distribution corridor, etc.).
Highlight of architectural details (interior or exterior),

How
Each photograph is processed in post production using professional software to fine-tune exposure, adjust colorimetry, correct minor flaws and straighten perspectives.
The photos are then delivered in HD JPG format via a cloud service (WeTransfer, Smash, Dropbox, etc.) within 2-3 days of the shooting.
Depending on the size of the program and depending on your requests, this represents between 30 and 70 photos that you will be free to use.
